It's a varied life - I put my thirty years’ experience in technical work to all sorts of uses, programming computer presentations, live directing ('showcalling') and voice overs.
I'm also getting back into sound engineering, more because I'm getting offers than because I'm trying to; I do the occasional gig with Bryn Haworth and have toured with the heroes of my youth, After The Fire.  I was pleased to overdub and mix a fund-raising CD for the Toybox charity, helping street children in South America. It’s nice to help a good cause and also end up with something of such high musical and technical quality.
A similar organisation, StreetKids Direct, recruited me in December 2008 for two hours a day on Radio Christmas, short-term short-range radio for the Amersham area. Great fun to inflict my record collection on an unsuspecting public!
